Return & Exchange Policy


We do not offer returns on any products once purchased.


Exchange is applicable only if the product received is genuinely damaged or defective at the time of delivery. To claim an exchange, the customer must share a clear unboxing video and product images within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Exchange will not be accepted for size issues, color variation, change of mind, used products, or damage caused after delivery.


After verification, if the claim is approved, we will arrange an exchange for the same product only. Refunds are not applicable.
