DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered courier companies and/or India Post speed post only. Orders are generally dispatched within 0–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at checkout.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier company serviceability. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international buyers, orders are shipped through reputed international courier services and/or International Speed Post. Delivery time varies depending on destination country and customs processes.

Custom duties or import taxes, if applicable in your country, are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in the product price or shipping cost.

DELIVERY TIME & PROCESS

We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0–7 working days from the date of order and payment confirmation (or as per agreed delivery date).

Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. Once the order is shipped, delivery is subject to courier company or postal department norms.

DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERY

Owomaniya is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. We assure dispatch within our promised timeframe, but the final delivery duration depends on third-party logistics performance.
