OVERVIEW

At Owomaniya, we aim to ensure you have a delightful shopping experience. However, due to the delicate nature of our fashion and saree products, returns are not available. We do allow exchanges in case of defective or damaged items, subject to the terms below.

Uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim an exchange. The video must be clear and recorded in one continuous shot showing the full package being opened. Without the unboxing video, we cannot process exchanges.

In such cases, you can exchange the item for the same product by contacting us at info@owomaniya.co.in.

Our exchange policy lasts 2 days from the date of delivery. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Book or printed material with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@owomaniya.co.in.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

An uncut unboxing video is required to claim an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@owomaniya.co.in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
